Katie & Dominic – The Greenbrier Wedding Photography

If I could use only one word to describe Katie and Dominic’s wedding day it would be JOYFUL.  The ceremony took place at St. Charles Borromeo in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia with the reception taking place at Howard’s Creek Lodge at The Greenbrier.  I was so blessed to be part of this celebration and here is a little peek of their day.

The Everglades Club – Palm Beach Photography

As I was going through my archives to put together an album for a client,  I came across this beautiful event that I forgot to share.  These images are from a rehearsal dinner at The Everglades Club in Palm Beach – one of the most gorgeous venues on the island.

I have lots of gorgeous weddings and shoots to come in 2014 so stay tuned!

Maitland Civic Center – Orlando Wedding Photography

Here is a little peek from one of my favorite 2013 weddings that took place outside of Orlando, Florida with the most adorable flower girl and ring bearer.  More to come on this wedding!

Abby & TJ – Orange Grove Engagement Photography

I was in photographer’s heaven when I photographed Abby and TJ’s engagement session in Central Florida two weeks ago.  They took me all around her charming hometown where her family has very deep roots in the citrus industry.  So naturally we ended up in one of the orange groves for a gorgeous, light-filled session.  Here’s a little sneak peak!

San Francisco on Film

Back in August, my husband and I traveled to California to visit San Francisco and NapaValley/Sonoma to celebrate his 30th birthday.  It was our first trip to California and we happened to be there during the America’s Cup Race and the opening of the east span of the Bay Bridge.  During our week long trip, we walked all across the city but some of our favorite memories were biking across the Golden Gate Bridge over to Sausalito, driving along the Coastal Highway, hiking Muir Woods, shucking oysters at Hog Island Oyster in Tomales Bay and visiting Alcatraz at night.  Some of our favorite restaurants were Outerlands, Hi Lo BBQ, Katana-ya, Slanted Door, Hog Island Oyster, Bouchon and Philz Coffee.

All of these images were captured on my Canon 1v using Fuji 400H and Portra 160 film.  Processed by Indie Film Labs.  I’m going to be incorporating a lot more film photography in my portrait sessions and weddings in the future so I hope you enjoy!
